Every day, our “sfogline” (pasta-makers) create in the window tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle and other types of fresh pasta in the curious sight of bystenders, showing the traditional art of dexterity and the passion for italian cuisine.
Our chefs cook in a express way the “sfogline“‘s creations: tortellini in broth or with Parmesan cream, Tortelloni with butter and tomato, Tagliatelle alla bolognese, gnocchi and “pasta of the day”. But also salads, deli platters, fruit salads, desserts and much more!
