In the spring of 2017 a new big opening with a new format: casual food service in addition to the sale of fresh raw pasta.

Along with the Michelin Starred Ristorante I Portici, the Portici Academy is Bottega Portici’s quality guarantor: it is where seasonal recipes for daily specials are created, and where Bottega Portici’s chefs and sfogline receive continuous training.
