Will have responsibility for the shift, when replacing the Store Manager, coordinating the staff present; he will have to monitor the correct performance of the service, manage customers, check the correct management of the store.

We are looking for a person with experience gained in the dining room, cafeteria or kitchen, available to work full time on shifts, from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays.

We offer a first fixed-term contract, with the aim of renewal for an indefinite period, or a three-year contract if in an apprenticeship formula.

We are looking for people of good standing, with excellent organizational and coordination skills, anticipation of details, immediate needs analysis, prepared for sales and contacts with the customer.
– excellent dexterity, skill in the preparation of fillings, respect for raw materials and dexterity in rolling pin work;
– good ability to manage stress;
– knowledge of Italian and, preferably, of a second language (English);
– preferable experience in restaurants or structured contexts.

Part-time hours on shifts from Monday to Sunday.

The beating heart of Bottega Portici’s cuisine, bringing the art of express preparation under the eyes of all, cooking the first courses offered by the Bottega’s menu on sight.
It’s requested:
– good dexterity, passion for Bolognese gastronomic culture, knowledge of the game of the first courses, love for raw materials;
– ability to organize in compliance with the cleanliness and order of the work plan;
– knowledge of the Italian language;
– previous experience in the job, preferably in structured restaurants
– valid HACCP certificate;
– ability to work in a team, flexibility and availability of schedules.

Full-time hours on shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Main character of the breakfasts, which have the skill of the art of good Italian coffee in their hands, which welcomes the start of the day, which cheers up moments of pause.
It’s requested:
– passion for traditional coffee;
– full autonomy in the management of the counter and work and excellent command of the tools and the coffee machine;
– excellent ability in technical preparation and presentation of coffee, cappuccinos and all the specialties offered;
– good customer management skills, even during times of strong influx;
– knowledge of Italian and preferably a second language (English);
– good standing, accompanied by courteous manners and excellent predisposition to contact with the public;
– flexibility and availability in timetables.

Full-time hours on shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Reference for customers, available to provide any type of information, experts in advising customers, based on different needs.
It’s requested:
– ability to manage the client’s first requests;
– great ability to manage a smooth flow of customers;
– ability to use IT tools;
– sense of responsibility for cash management;
– ability to adapt and manage stress and emergency situations, always maintaining high standards of courtesy;
– marked predisposition to sale.

Fluent knowledge of the Italian language & English language is essential to skillfully manage sales to customers. Knowledge of a third foreign language (Spanish, German, French, Chinese) is also preferable.
