INGREDIENTS

PUFF PASTRY (50%): Type “00” soft WHEAT flour, DURUM WHEAT semolina, pasteurized eggs (33%).

FILLING (50%): pork, mortadella (pork, pork tripe, salt, pepper, natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301), preservative: sodium nitrite (E250)), raw ham (pork leg, salt, preservative (E252)), aged cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), nutmeg, salt.

May contain traces of: MILK, EGGS, NUTS, NUTS, SESAME SEEDS, MUSTARD, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, SULPHITES, CELERY.

DIRECTIONS USE Consume the product after cooking, in boiling broth for about 2 minutes. A taste at the end of cooking is recommended. COOKING TIME As soon as they come to the surface, wait a minute, turn off the heat and let it rest in the bowl for two or three minutes before serving. STORAGE Consume the tortellini within 24 hours after opening the package. It is recommended not to freeze them. Once opened, store in the refrigerator from 0°C to +4°C. Produced in ATP (protective atmosphere). The expiration date refers to the intact product that is properly stored.
